Policies

-We only teach force-free training, mainly utilizing positive reinforcement

-We do not use prong, choke, or shock collars. We also do not use tools like spray bottles, jars of pennies, or other noisemakers

-Payment for training packages is due by the beginning of our first training session. No refunds will be issued after the first training session is completed

-Payment for overnights/walks/drop ins are due at time of service

-We are not currently taking dogs with a bite history

-Photos and videos may be shared publicly on social media unless specified otherwise. We will never share personal info

-Cancellation policies:

For Training: The client may reschedule up to 2 training sessions before forfeiting said sessions. The client must give 24 hours notice to reschedule. Refunds are not given for cancelled or forfeited training sessions.

For Overnights/Continuous Care: The client needs to give the sitter 21 days notice for cancellation of overnight or continuous pet care or they will be charged for a quarter of the scheduled visits. If the client gives less than 72 hours notice for cancellation of pet care they will be charged for half of the scheduled visits. (Continuous care is overnight pet care without the sitter spending the night at the pet’s home)
